I’ve been coming to this place for more than four years, but this year the service has been absolutely outstanding. Every Saturday, Paty and Michelle are incredibly kind and respectful. I always look forward to the weekends just to go and chat with them. Excellent service and great food! Thank you so much, Paty and Michelle, and keep up the amazing work!

had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a local business. On two separate occasions, I went to La Chicanita Bakery to buy bread for the week, and both times I was told to leave because I had my service dog with me. I calmly explained that my dog is a legitimate service animal and even showed my service dog identification. Instead of listening, the employee gave me a terrible attitude, continued questioning me, and told me to leave the store. What made the situation even worse was that they repeatedly asked what medical condition my service dog was for and why I needed it. Being treated this way was humiliating and made me feel singled out and unwelcome. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had in Aurora. No customer should be treated with disrespect, especially when accompanied by a service animal. I left feeling harassed and discriminated against. I will never return to this bakery, and I plan to look into my legal options because businesses are required to follow laws protecting people with service animals. I hope ownership takes the time to educate their staff so no one else has to go through what I experienced.

Fantastic bakery with to die for sweets of your dreams! Hand crafted pieces of bakery art here! Beautiful! Clean and located in a newer shopping center.. must stop in! Why haven't I discovered this friendly store with the mother load of unique and picture perfect pastries, cookies, muffins, croissants, cupcakes, tarts, cakes, can't even mention all of the amazing types of yummy here. The savory cheese and jalapeño stuffed soft as a pillow bread rolls are to die for. I think I got 9 or 10 large items for only 20 bucks! So reasonable!! I want to try everything!

We ordered a cake for my son here. It tasted good, and reasonably priced. The cake looked decent with a few little imperfections with the decoration and handwriting, but overall well.
